If an applicant and an inventor are not the same - Applicant(s) (proprietor(s)) Name(s), Address(es), Nationality(es), if an applicant is a legal entity - name and title of person who is responsible to sign documents, also, for our attention only - to prove a right of the applicant to file the application (employer, assignment, et al)
