Documents for preparing and filing application:

• Specification, including a description, claims, and an abstract

• Drawings, required

• Priority Application, if any, certified by the National Patent Office

• Inventor(s) Name(s), Address(es), Nationality(es)

• If an applicant and an inventor are not the same - Applicant(s) (proprietor(s)) Name(s), Address(es), Nationality(es), if an applicant is a legal entity - name and title of person who is responsible to sign documents, also, for our attention only - to prove a right of the applicant to file the application (employer, assignment, et al)

 

For Applicants - PCT national RU phase entering

Time limit - 31 months from the earliest priority date.

Documents for preparing and filing application:

• Specification, including a description, claims, and an abstract, drawings (required), as originally filed or as amended under the PCT article 19 or 34, at applicant’s option, in case if they have not been published by the WIPO 

• International Search Report, in case if it has not been published by the WIPO, for our attention only

• International Preliminary Examination Report together with any annexes, if any, for our attention only

• If the applicant is not the same as published by the WIPO - the Form PCT/IB/306 confirming  the right of the applicant to file the EP application

 

Important Notice

• There is no substantive examination for utility model applications.

• An applicant may convert an invention application into a utility model application and vice versa.
